Where we ship
We ship worldwide from the United Kingdom. All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail.
Processing times
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is on its way, including tracking details where a tracked service is used.
Delivery estimates
- United Kingdom: typically 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.
- Europe: typically 5 to 10 business days after dispatch.
- Rest of world: typically 7 to 21 business days after dispatch, depending on destination.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers or customs processing are outside our control.
International orders, customs and import duties
International orders may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes or handling fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping charges. Please check your country's import rules for food supplements before ordering.
Incorrect addresses and failed deliveries
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect orders once dispatched, and we cannot take responsibility for orders delivered to an incorrectly supplied address. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, and additional shipping charges may apply.
Missing or delayed parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at sales@pinerevive.com with your order number and we will investigate with Royal Mail.
